Love this light!

Love this light! We are in the process of remodeling our kitchen & we have ordered navy blue cabinets. We are going with a gray & blue pallet & this light is perfect for over the sink. I can’t wait until the remodel is over so I can really enjoy it! Will definitely order from Bellacor again as we are adding on a laundry room this fall! Thank you so much! ????

Horrible

Charged our credit card for lamps out of stock! We cancelled the order but they will not credit our account

Watch out for restocking fees if you have to return an item

I had to return three sconces as the finish didn't work for my project. They charged me $208.35 for the sconces, and then credited me only$166.51. When I called customer service, it turns out that they charged restocking fees as well as shipping fees. No where on their site does it say that they charge restocking for smaller orders. Just not happy, this mistake cost me $41.84, and I will never shop on Bellacor again.

Love the rattan patio chairs

Love the rattan patio chairs! Customer service was great, they gave updates along the way in regards to shipping. The chairs shipped quickly and arrived safely.

Delivery missed several times, 6 months waiting

Ordered for the first time in November and was told that this will be delayed. I was suppose to use this for my Bday/Thanksgiving. Customer service states that don't worry as it should arrive by Christmas as there will be more delivery services by the time. Christmas and New Year passed but no deliver. I was told this was to be delivered by March due to the delay in China (China is COVID free since later last year). I was told in April that the crate arrived and expect by May 19,2021. Today is May 20 and there is no delivery. I spoke with Monique, and she allegedly called the warehouse ( should I believe her words?) and I told her that they took my money ahead of time and its 6 months now. She told me to cancel the order (after waiting 6 months) and I requested that the owner email me the reason of the repeated delay. I will see if they will respond. My first time ordering in this company and my last.

Excellent Service

I ordered multiple fixtures for my home and all but one arrived undamaged. I sent an email about the broken cover and Bellacor replied quickly that a new one was being sent. I received it within a week and all of the lights look great. Look no further for great products and service!

Damaged items? Too bad!

I ordered a bed from Bellacor for a house we were remodeling. When it arrived, the box looked okay so I assumed it was intact. We didn't need it for several months so I left it in the box. I ordered the bed in September and unboxed it a few days ago to discover it was damaged to the point of being unusable. I sent emails and pictures to Bellacor which were ignored. I called this morning and was told there was nothing they could do, that they had a 60 day return policy. I could understand not doing anything if the item was inexpensive, but the bed was over $700. I have lost that money with nothing to show for it. I had even asked if I could get other items to equal the value of the bed, but I'm getting nothing. I was told they couldn't recoup that loss. Well neither can I! Even a partial refund would help, but they are giving me nothing.

How can I rate the service when I have…

How can I rate the service when I have never received the order that has never been shipped. Although you went ahead and charged my credit card already. Shouldn’t you have waited until order was shipped?
